Analysis from trials are underway!

There has been a lot of behind the scene activities in the CAPS project the last year. In October 2023, we completed a trial where the goal was to determine the effect of long term copper exposure on Atlantic salmon. Following the trial, material was gathered and distributed among various work packages that have since focused on data extraction and analysis. Some of the material has even been used for bachelor projects! Indeed, at NTNU Ålesund, two bachelors projects from the programme for Biomedical Laboratory Science was centered around materials gathered from the CAPS Atlantic salmon trial. Meanwhile, Tilapia trials have been conducted at CAAS in China, and manuscripts presenting results from this is currently under review.
